Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.

If you can’t remember your password, click on the ‘forgotten password’ link on the sign-in page. You’ll be prompted to enter your email address and we’ll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.

We ship worldwide to about 220 countries.

What shipping company do you use?

Domestic Nigerian orders – We have trusted local delivery partners and an internal logistics team we work with to ship your orders.

International orders – DHL

What does it cost to ship my order?

Domestic and International charges may vary depending on your delivery location and the weight of the package. Your delivery charge will be confirmed at Checkout.

Please note that for both domestic and international orders, delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example: Customs delays, adverse weather conditions or increase in demand. Our Logistics Team will update you if anything changes with your order.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes, we offer a Same Day delivery service in Nigeria. Order before 4:00pm WAT to receive your delivery the same day, and after 4:00 pm for the next business day.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as payments via Paystack.

What is your general order processing time?

Orders placed between Monday and Saturday are processed within 1-2 business days.

We do not process orders on Sundays.

What happens after I place my order?

You will receive a confirmation of your purchase via email immediately after your order is placed.

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a second notice to confirm shipping, alongside a tracking number.

Please note – This confirmation email will be needed when making returns so please do not discard.

What is the Return and/or Refund process?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 1-2 days after receiving your item to request a return and 5 days to return the items along with a copy of the order confirmation email received at the time of purchase. Please visit (here) for the full details.

My order is delayed. What is going on?

Waited past your estimated delivery date? Please allow an extra few days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times) – our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you as fast as possible. Make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.
